Amy had always had a passion for art, yet her love for horses was just a little stronger. And so on leaving school Amy pursued a career working with horses. In the 2020 lockdown she found the time to pick up a paint brush again.
With encouragement from friends and family Amy sold a handful of original paintings, following their popularity she designed some greeting cards, followed by two tea towels. Fast forward some months and Amy made the decision to leave her career with horses to focus on her creative talents. And as they say... the rest is history!
Amy now works from her studio located in the rural hills of Northumberland, surrounded by her beloved horses, dogs and a very supportive family who she owes all her success to.
Amy’s strong love for animals and first hand experience with them is shown in her work which captures so well the character and personality of the animals she paints.
With a keen eye for modern design and a fascination with traditional country life, Amy’s collections connect the two together, creating beautiful, vibrant artwork and homeware products.
